Step One: We use a "GREEN", bio-degradable cleaning solution to emulsify the dirt, grease and other contaminants (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time).

Step Two: We then use our patented tools to apply steaming hot water (up to 240 F) at the proper pressure to remove all contaminants and sanitize the surfaces. At the same time the rinse water is being applied, it is also vacuum extracted to our on-board water tank, restoring the original beauty and leaving your surfaces clean,sanitary and almost completely dry.
